1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items (unless received in defective condition).

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Please email us within 48 hours at cutisverahelp@gmail.com with order details and product images.
• Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund as applicable.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

• Opened baby care or personal care products.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
